My concentration theme is black and white urban settings. I wanted to do this because i love the city and would love to live in one again someday. The city is also a lot different then what we are use to here in hood river. I decided on the black and white because i feel like the photos come out better and are more visually appealing.

Here are some more pictures from my portland shoot. I edited them slightly to make the contrast better!
I am in love with almost all of these photos! They are all interesting compositions, and my favorite has to be the man on the stilts. My only suggestion would be to maybe up the contrast on the images.
Many of these have the stronger composition we were talking about in the critique. The top three images to me seem ready for your final portfolio.
